Social Media Content
Blumer started creating content during the Covid lockdown as a way of turning lemons into lemonade—and he hasn't stopped. His clients have included The American Pistachio Growers, Airmiles, The Huntington Botanical Garden, and ST. Remy XO. He also created his own Covid-era series Apoco-licious and generates content for his Instagram site (@bobblumer).

Food & Wine Writing
Blumer is the author of six award-wining cookbooks and co-author, with Elizabeth Karmel, of the perennial best-selling cookbook Pizza on the Grill, currently in its second edition and 18th printing. In addition to his cookbooks, Blumer writes articles for a variety of newspapers and publications, and has written monthly columns for Men’s Health, Salon, WineX, Highways (The Good Sam Club), and AARP magazine. He instills a sense of adventure and discovery into every story he writes. As a testament to his craft, in 2020, he was invited to be the writer-in-residence at the Stratford Culinary School in Stratford, Ontario
