Live Event High-Concept Food Stations

Blumer designs—and often fabricates—unique food stations for high-profile events. These installations blur the line between food and art, and energize the guest experience. He has been commissioned by the iconic photographer Ed Burtynsky to bring his large-format photographs to life at the Art Gallery of Ontario, and Discovery Asia to custom-build a series of one-of-a-kind appetizer stations for their upfront event in Indonesia.
